Municipal By-Laws are the regulations that affect the daily life of a town and the instruments that Town Halls have to organise it. They regulate the principles that govern citizens’ coexistence and the type of penalty that must be applied if they fail to fulfil them. As with all regulations, ignorance of the law is no defence.
