Procurement of services for the implementation of an integrated local electronic management system, co‑funded by the NextGenerationEU funds via the Spanish government’s Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan (RTRP), regulated by Order TER/836/2022, of August 29, approving the regulatory basis for subsidies for the digital transformation and modernization of local entities within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, and opening the call for 2022.

The purpose of this tender is the procurement of an integrated Software as a Service (SaaS) e‑management system for the City Council and its autonomous agencies, as well as its ongoing and corrective maintenance throughout the duration of the contract. This system must be set up to be fully interoperable with the National State Administration (AGE, as per its Spanish acronym) services, which are listed on the e‑Government Portal:
