Component 11’s main goal is to promote a complete overhaul of public administrations through digitalization, management improvements, and the reinforcement of institutional capacities. It focuses on providing a more proactive, efficient, and accessible administration, especially in terms of its relationship with citizens and businesses.
Its lines of action include the digitalization of public services, interoperability between administrations, cybersecurity, administrative simplification, and digital training for public staff. In the case of the La Rinconada City Council, this component allows us to make progress towards a more innovative, transparent, and people-centered local management, aligned with the objectives of the Urban Agenda and the open government principles.
